HANO and its CNI partners wish to thank all of the participants in last night’s NEPA public meeting for their attendance, comments and questions. The CNI team appreciates the opportunity to update the public on the preferred alternative and HANO’s vision for revitalizing the Iberville development. The alternatives have been shaped and continue to evolve through the environmental and historic review processes. HANO reiterates that no final decision has been made at this time and no activities have taken place to date that would preclude viable alternatives, including the no action alternative. The final decision concerning the Iberville redevelopment to be funded through the CNI initiative will not be made until the review processes under NEPA and Section 106 have been completed.
